“DocTour, Sociedad Anónima Promotora de Inversión de Capital Variable”, siendo ésta el “Responsable” en términos de lo dispuesto en la Ley. El domicilio convencional de DocTour se encuentra ubicado en Av. Fonatur mz2 Lte62 Ed. Roma L11A Supermanzana 313, Cancún, Municipio Benito Juárez en Quintana Roo, México, con Teléfono 9983141995, correo electrónico [email protected], le informamos que la finalidad principal por la que recabamos sus datos es: a) para la prestación de servicios médicos, así como el monitoreo y seguimiento de datos del paciente por parte del personal médico de DocTour ( Recopilamos datos de conformidad con la norma NOM-024-SSA3-2012 de México sobre expedientes médicos personales ), y b) la gestión de carácter comercial, contacto y el envío de comunicaciones comerciales sobre nuestros productos y/o servicios .

Cancellation and refund policy

The User will have the possibility of canceling the purchase of their MonitorIA Health Plan. In this case, you will have to contact customer service at the email [email protected], or in the “Contact” section provided for such purposes on the Site, and request a refund for your MonitorIA Health Plan.
MonitorIA will make a full or partial refund in cases where applicable and according to the following criteria:
- 100% refund if the user requests a refund up to 48 hours after making the payment for their health plan and has not used any of the services and benefits included in their coverage.
- 50% refund if the user requests a refund after 48 hours and up to 30 calendar days after making the payment for their health plan and having not used any of the services and benefits included in their coverage.
- There will be no Refund in the event that the user has already carried out, regardless of the time elapsed after payment of his or her health plan, any of the following actions: a) started remote monitoring, b) used the ambulance service or c) has used the online consultation service with a specialist, psychology, nutrition and/or general medicine.
